Katrina Ryan, Chef and Co-owner of the Golden Pig Restaurant and Cooking School, delivers an ode to Asian flavours during this demonstration. She’ll be preparing crispy-skinned fish with coconut and ginger, plus shredded vegetable salad with fresh lime and kaffir lime leaf.
