Miguel Maestre

It’s not Regional Flavours without Miguel! He’ll be bringing his trademark Spanish flair to the stage with a smorgasbord of flavours.

Watch him cook up jamon and manchego jaffles, rabbit paella and murcian salad classica -  the Murcia version of a salad Niçoise! It features eggs, olives, tuna, tomatoes and a whole lot of love.  

Miguel is cooking at the Main Stage on Saturday 14 May. Entry is free and tickets are not required.
