When/where will tickets for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours become available?
Tickets to Global Fiesta are available now via regionalflavours.com.au Please note, tickets for the following event in 2022 (Providore Park) will be released at a subsequent date. For notification of ticket sale dates, please subscribe to the Regional Flavours email database.
What tickets are available for purchase at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
There are 3 x General Admission sessions:
Saturday 16 October, 10am – 3pm
Saturday 16 October, 3pm – 8pm
Sunday 17 October, 10am – 3pm
Ticket prices are as follows:
General Admission – Adult 18+yrs: $10.75 per person
General Admission – Children 12-17yrs: $10.75 per person
General Admission – Children Under 12yrs: free entry, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years
General Admission – 2 sessions for $16.35 per person
What does General Admission grant patrons’ access to within Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
General Admission tickets grant access to – World Stage featuring cooking demonstrations and live music; Destination Stage featuring international music and dance performances; The Marketplace featuring ready-to-eat food and drinks and market stalls; Departure Lounge riverfront DJ stage and leisure space; and eatSouthBank’s Fiesta Bar.
When do ticket sales end for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Tickets for Global Fiesta will be available at the gate on the day of the event if not sold out prior.
Do I have to buy a ticket for my child to attend Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
All patrons attending Global Fiesta must have a ticket, including children. Children under 2 still require a ticket, however there is no cost. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
I can’t recall what session I booked for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours? – how can I find out?
All event details regarding Global Fiesta, including session times are displayed on your ticket.
How many tickets can I purchase to attend Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Patrons are eligible to secure up to 8 tickets, per transaction to Global Fiesta.
Will additional tickets be released for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
There is only one ticket release for Global Fiesta for the full capacity available.
Can I go on a cancellation/waitlist for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Should Global Fiesta sell out; a waitlist function will be enacted, and registered contacts will receive communications should tickets become available.
Can I update the name on my tickets to Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Tickets to Global Fiesta do not display patrons’ names; however, ticketholders are able to update their track and trace data at any time
Can I cancel my tickets to Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Tickets to Global Fiesta are non-refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances applicable, and in this instance a refund will be at the discretion of the Promoter. To request a refund, please email your order details and your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I add another ticket to my order for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
If tickets to Global Fiesta are still available to purchase, patrons are able to purchase additional tickets under a new order. Tickets cannot be added to existing orders.
Do I need to print my ticket/s prior to attending Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Tickets to Global Fiesta can either be printed or displayed on a mobile device.
What happens if it rains on the day of Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours- do I get a refund?
Global Fiesta will proceed unless unsafe to do so. There are no refunds should patron/s decide not to attend due to the weather.
Can I swap my ticket for another date/session at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Patrons who have already purchased a ticket, but wish to transfer to an alternative Global Fiesta date/session must purchase a new ticket in order to obtain a refund for the original/incorrect order. Any fees associated with the original order will not be refunded.
Is there a change of mind refund option for Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Refunds will not be accepted for change of mind Global Fiesta ticket orders. If the event is cancelled, you will automatically be refunded your ticket price. If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to request a refund or attend the new date.
Do I need to check-in when I arrive at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Yes. When you arrive at Global Fiesta, there are various entry points across the event site where you can check-in to receive your event wristband. Please ensure you have your ticket to present with the QR code to scan either displayed on your mobile device or printed.
Can I exit and re- enter Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Yes, however patrons will be asked to see their event wristband to re-enter.

Is Regional Flavours South Bank cashless?
Yes, Regional Flavours South Bank will be a cashless event across 2021 and 2022.
Is Regional Flavours South Bank wheelchair accessible?
Yes, South Bank Parklands is wheelchair accessible, including lifts from the car park. For more information on South Bank facilities, please view the event map – link to the event map coming soon.

How will Regional Flavours South Bank be adhering to COVID Safe requirements?
To ensure public safety, several COVID Safe measures will be in place during each event. For more information please refer to our COVID Safe page.
Can I bring my dog to Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
No, unfortunately dogs will not be permitted at Global Fiesta.
Can I bring my own picnic set up to Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own picnic set- up to Global Fiesta, however, please note that any shade infrastructure will not be permitted.
Can I bring my own alcohol to Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
No, patrons are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the Global Fiesta. Patrons are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from one of the surrounding stalls or venues, which can be enjoyed in one of the licensed areas. Please note that alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by patrons 18+ and should be consumed with a substantive meal.
Can I consume bottled wine purchased at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Purchased bottled wine cannot be consumed at Global Fiesta. Alternatively, patrons are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages by the glass from the surrounding stalls and venues. In addition, complimentary reusable cups are provided to adult ticketholders on arrival, to encourage taste- testing/ sampling from the surrounding vendors.
Will there be ready to eat food available at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
Yes, there will be a number of ready-to-eat food vendors at Global Fiesta, all of which can be purchased for $10 and under.
Will there be meet and greets with talent at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
There will not be any meet and greets/book signings with talent at Global Fiesta. Under the new and evolved program format, stage and venue capacity will be reduced, and hence, more intimate than previous years, which means more opportunity for close encounters with talent.
Will there be entertainment for children at Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours?
No, there will not be any children’s entertainment at Global Fiesta, however, children under 12 are able to enter the event for free, accompanied by an adult, and take part in all areas of the program.
