Well known for his role on TV series, River Cottage Australia, Paul lives by his on-screen character, relishing in the simple pleasures of life, as a chef, father and educator. At the end of 2019, Paul released a cookbook called ‘The Edible Garden’, which highlights his passion and knowledge for cooking and paddock to plate philosophy.
Matt has a plethora of awards to his name, TV shows, best-selling cookbooks, and ownership of some of Australia’s most celebrated dining establishments, including Aria and Chiswick in Sydney. Matt is a fourth-generation farmer and a true spokesperson for seasonal, locally sourced produce and understanding where your food comes from.
He is one of Australia’s most recognisable, energetic TV personalities and a stalwart in the Regional Flavours program line-up. Alastair’s experience in the kitchen is extensive; he’s worked at Michelin listed restaurants across the world and believes the closer you are to the source of your food, the better it will taste and the more sustainable it will be.
Louis burst onto the Brisbane foodie scene as Head Chef of acclaimed restaurant, Stanley, and now La Mexicana pop-up, both located at Howard Smith Wharves. Louis has served as the Executive Chef at Longrain, a highly respected Southeast Asian-inspired Sydney restaurant, where he was named “2014 Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year” by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
Georgia is a professional cook, nutritionist and food educator, rising to fame as a contestant on Masterchef Australia. Georgia is passionate about holistic health through the use of wholesome, fresh ingredients, and this is reflected in her role as Head of Food and Nutrition at Eden Health Retreat, one of Australia’s leading luxury health resorts.
Alanna shone as the Head Chef of Brisbane’s ARC Dining, where she donned a chef’s hat within her first year of trading. Previous to this, Alanna held the reigns at hatted restaurant Saint Peter, winner of The Good Food Guide’s New Restaurant of the Year (2018). She is now the Head Chef at Esmay and has a passion for local produce, which is showcased throughout her dishes.
Matt burst onto our screens in Masterchef Australia’s 8th series with his notable and loveable down to earth nature, which was reflected in his culinary creations, and now in his presenting on Network Ten’s cooking series, My Market Kitchen. Matt is also the owner of successful modern Asian fusion restaurant, Sum Yung Guys.
