Ice-cream Bread

Serves: 1 loaf

Ingredients

2 cups
melted vanilla ice cream
225g (1 1/2 cups)
self raising flour

Method

Preheat your oven to 175°C

Spray and flour a bread tin (approximately 12 x 20-22cm in size)

Mix the flour and the ice cream together until just combined but still a little lumpy

Dollop the mix into the bread tin so that it fills the corners and is level at the top

Pop in the oven for 50 minutes or until the loaf is golden, crusty and cooked through

Ease the loaf out of the tin and cool, or eat straight away with butter.
