The Seasonal Spritz has been crafted in Brisbane Distillery’s Artisan Cocktail Kitchen and has been carefully designed to showcase local Queensland botanicals and produce for Regional Flavours 2021.
It is a complex structure built around the Davidson Plum of Far North Queensland and the Queen Garnet plum from Warwick, it’s balanced with Citrus, Shiso and then spritzed into life!
Combined with the multi award winning Strawberry Eucalyptus Gin created by Jon Atherton, the Master Distiller at Brisbane Distillery, it is both a refreshing and complex display of native Australian botanicals and regional produce at its best.
Brisbane Distillery produces Gin, Agricole Rhum and Vodka and has now expanded their West End cocktail bar to create Artisan Cocktails for large events and venues of South-East Queensland.
