Home- grown beer aficionado, Matt Kirkegaard will host the insightful and intriguing Meet the Maker and Around the Table panel discussions with local, pioneering producers and industry leaders across the foodie- filled event program.

Listen to the revolutionary team behind Stone & Wood and learn about their sustainable beer practices, technology, and new advancements, such as recycled beer. Discover how premium truffles are source across Queensland with The Truffle Discovery Centre, how food can heal from the inside out with Kehoe’s Kitchen, how to create the perfect ‘drop’ with Sirromet Wines, and how new wave botanicals are making their mark with Brisbane Distillery.

Take a seat Around the Table and devour topics on regeneration and biodiversity, the importance of place and seasonal produce, sustainability and how to make positive changes.
